William S. Hart UHSD – Arroyo Seco Junior School

The Arroyo Seco JHS project was phased in three different DSA approved sets of drawings. Phase 1 consisted of one two-story classroom building containing nine classrooms, four administration offices, boy’s and girl’s gang restrooms and an elevator. Phase 2 included renovation, seismic upgrades and additions to all existing classroom buildings, administration office, Library, Locker rooms and multi purpose building. Portable classroom buildings were installed in the basketball court area to provide swing space so two classroom buildings may renovated at a time. Phase 3 consisted of a new science classroom building, new gymnasium, site improvements and demobilization of the swing space portable classroom buildings.
